Set up a dashboard to access account details and to change form settings

Currently error page is json by default. but when using url-encoded method, create an error page with human readable page

currently warning email about submission limit is going to same email. provide an option to configure to send it to account owner email or both.

Because same day resolution for a free service is unheard of.

Currently, default score is 0.5 for all users, but some wanted higher, so make it as configurable option

Let users customize their email and auto-responders with custom variables based on user submission fields. eg: Hello {first_name}

The custom grey background and centered div with the text in is quite annoying when ou then want to forward or reply, as it spills over into the reply email.
